Every player who joins O7C is encouraged to take pride in their home school and use spring development to become a better teammate and athlete come fall. We don't poach players. We don't pressure athletes to leave their school programs. We don't run summer tryouts or tournaments that conflict with high school football.
Our coaches and staff are held to the highest standards of integrity — and we expect the same from every family and athlete in our program.

OUR COMMITMENT TO OHIO FOOTBALL
We believe spring 7v7 should complement — never compete with — high school football. Our model is built around respect for coaches, programs, and the communities they serve. Every player who joins O7C is encouraged to take pride in their home school and use spring development to become a better teammate and athlete for the fall season.

PARTNER SCHOOL BENEFIT
Partner schools receive FREE 7v7 UNIFORMS for their high school with at least 14 participants. We also provide coaching resources, recruiting support, and a direct line of communication between your staff and ours.
Free Uniforms for Qualifying Schools
Schools with 14+ registered players receive custom 7v7 uniforms in their school colors — at no cost to the athletic department.
